Synder Doubles Production Capacity At Vacaville Manufacturing Center

In an effort to meet the growing needs of our customers with the same lead times to which they are accustomed, Synder has doubled it’s membrane production capacity. By increasing our casting and rolling capacity by 100%, Synder can continue to manufacture membranes in volumes comparable to automated rolling systems while maintaining all the benefits of an exclusively hand-rolled operation. By continuing to hand roll our membranes, as we’ve done for nearly two decades, we can instantly alter our production schedule to meet urgent orders of any size to ensure our customers get what they need, when they need it. Synder Filtration Shows Strong Growth In 2012 And Purchases A New 53,000 Sq. Feet Building.

Synder Filtration is proud to announce a 23% increase in top line revenue in 2012. Our core business in spiral wound membranes and membrane systems continue to show strong growth across many industries. Last fall, we initiated plans to expand our research & development, system fabrication, pilot testing and engineering departments. Since then, we have finalized the purchase of a new 53,000 square foot building adjacent to Synder headquarters, and plan to complete the expansion by Q3 2013. The new facility will provide ample room for growth for years to come. Synder Filtration is pleased to announce consecutive record-breaking quarterly revenues in Q4, 2011, and Q1, 2012! Q1, 2012 earnings are up 42% compared to the same period in 2011. The tremendous growth can be attributed to an increased demand for newly developed NFX™ and NFW™ nanofiltration membranes and a growing share of UF membrane replacements in established markets. Synder continues to support membrane process development across many industries by combining the widest possible range of polymeric ultrafiltration pore sizes along with comprehensive feasibility and pilot testing programs.
